These terms govern your use of the Plattypus website (www.plattypus.co) and the tools and services Plattypus ("we," "us") provides. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Plattypus provides performance marketing consulting, including advertising strategy, creative, landing pages, tracking, and campaign management. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for client work are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Account access
To manage or report on advertising accounts, clients may grant us access, including through Google sign-in and the Google Ads API. You confirm you have the authority to grant that access. We will use it only to perform the services you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
- Remain responsible for your ad accounts, ad spend, billing with ad platforms, and compliance with those platforms' policies.
- Ensure your products, offers, and claims are lawful and truthful.
Third-party platforms
Our work relies on platforms such as Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their availability, policy decisions, account restrictions, or changes to their tools and terms.
No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or return on ad spend.
Intellectual property
The content of this website belongs to Plattypus. Ownership of work created for clients is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plattypus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.
Disclaimer
This website and our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a written client agreement.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the services as set out in the client agreement. On termination, we will stop accessing your accounts and you may revoke any access you granted.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
